HUBUNGAN RESILIENSI TERHADAP QUARTER LIFE CRISIS PADA PEREMPUAN DEWASA AWAL YANG BELUM MENIKAH

This study aims to examine the relationship between resilience and quarter-life crisis in unmarried young adult women in Semarang. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The sample consists of 400 unmarried young adult women (aged 18-40), selected using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools included a resilience scale and a quarter-life crisis scale. Data analysis was performed using Spearman’s Rho statistical technique with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The results show a highly significant negative relationship between resilience and quarter-life crisis in unmarried young adult women (rs = -0.811, p < 1%). The effective contribution of resilience to quarter-life crisis was found to be 94.2%. Keywords: Resilience, Quarter-Life Crisis, Young Adult Women.Downloads
