PENGARUH RESILIENSI DAN HUBUNGAN PERSAHABATAN TERHADAP AKTUALISASI DIRI PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS DAKWAH ANGKATAN 2021-2022 UIN SALATIGA

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of resilience and friendshiprelationships on self-actualization among students of the Faculty of Da'wah, Class of2021–2022, at the State Islamic University (UIN) Salatiga. The sample consisted of 110students, selected using the cluster random sampling method, with 53 students from the2021 cohort and 57 students from the 2022 cohort. This research employed aquantitative approach with a causal design. The data were analyzed using simple linearregression and multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that resilienceand friendship relationships significantly influence self-actualization, with a significancevalue of 0.000 < 0.05. The data analysis also revealed that the simultaneous influence ofresilience and friendship relationships on self-actualization accounted for 66.5% of thevariance. Therefore, it can be concluded that resilience and friendship relationshipshave a significant impact on self-actualization among students of the Faculty of Da'wah,Class of 2021–2022, at the State Islamic University (UIN) Salatiga.Keywords: Resilience, Friendship Relationships, Self-Actualization.
