PENGARUH MINDFULNESS DAN KEBERSYUKURAN TERHADAP SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING PADA MAHASISWA RANTAU WONOSOBO DI UIN SALATIGA

This study analyzes the impact of mindfulness and gratitude on subjective well-beingamong students from Wonosobo who are studying in Salatiga. Using a quantitativemethod with a saturated sampling technique, data was collected through a Likert scalequestionnaire, and analyzed using multiple linear regression and significance tests (Ttest, F-test, and R² test) with SPSS Version 23. The results show that: (1) Mindfulnesshas a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being (p = 0.004, t = 3.040), (2)Gratitude has a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being (p = 0.022, t =2.396), and (3) Mindfulness and gratitude simultaneously have a significant effect onsubjective well-being with an F-value of 14.814 and a significance level of 0.000,contributing 45.8%. The remaining 64.2% is influenced by other variables not examinedin this study.Keywords: Mindfulness, Gratitude, Subjective Well-BeingDownloads
